Nikolay Kalistratov, attorney-at-law, graduated from University of Veliko Turnovo “St. Cyril and St. Methodius”, Faculty of Law in 1999. In 2005 he acquired a master degree in “Accounting and Control” in the same university.

From 2001 to 2021 he worked in the “Appeals and Enforcement Management” Directorate (subsequently – “Appeals and Tax and Social Insurance Practice” Directorate) with the Head Office of the National Revenue Agency, where he successively occupied the following positions: Legal adviser, Senior legal adviser, Chief legal adviser, Head of the Appeals Department (as of 2008), Deputy Director (as of 2013) and Director (as of 2017).

As of July 2020 atty. Kalistratov is a member of the Montana Bar Association.
